We’re thrilled to share not one, but two significant updates to the Downline Builder Plugin (DBP), each packed with features designed to enhance your network marketing efforts. Firstly, let’s dive into the latest release, version 1.5.0, and then we’ll cover the previously unannounced but equally important version 1.4.1.

Version 1.5.0: Elevating Your Experience with Enhanced Security and Usability

Our most recent update, version 1.5.0, focuses on enhancing security, improving user engagement, and streamlining your workflow with new features and improvements:

New Features:

  • BulkEmailChecker Integration: To ensure the quality of your leads, we’ve integrated BulkEmailChecker with both the dbp_lead_form and dbp_registration_form for real-time email verification.
  • Google ReCaptcha V3: To protect your forms from bots and spam, we’ve implemented Google ReCaptcha V3 on the dbp_lead_form and dbp_registration_form, enhancing security without hindering user experience.
  • Enhanced Notifications: Stay informed with real-time notifications for new leads, new users, and updates to user details. Customize your notification preferences with our new shortcode dbp_user_notification_preferences, featuring parameters for button class, input class, and texts.

Improvements:

  • Admin Settings Revamp: We’ve made navigation easier by splitting the admin settings into separate files, allowing for quicker access and adjustments.
  • Form Enhancements: Key improvements to dbp_login_form and dbp_lead_form include added parameters for after-login redirects, ensuring a smooth user journey.
  • Affiliate Program Enhancements: The dbp_custom_link and dbp_affiliate_program_form now feature additional parameters for more flexible and user-friendly affiliate management.

Fixes:

  • Resolved Export and Link Issues: Fixes to dbp_lead_export and dbp_custom_link address previous shortcomings, ensuring reliable lead export to CSV and correct custom link displays.

Version 1.4.1: Adding Flexibility and Streamlining Navigation

While we didn’t announce it at the time, version 1.4.1 introduced several key features and improvements to DBP that have paved the way for the latest version:

New Additions:

  • Redirect ReferID in Lead Form: Enhancing the lead form to support redirect referid, ensuring referral IDs are retained post-login.
  • Pagination for Lists: We introduced pagination to both the lead_list and referral_list, improving manageability for users with extensive data.
  • Extended Functionality: New functionalities such as GET ID via URL for dbp_show_sponsor_details_shortcode and the ability to display the current logged-in username via dbp_display_logged_in_username enhance the plugin’s adaptability.

Why We’re Combining These Announcements:

We realized that the enhancements introduced in version 1.4.1 deserved their spotlight, especially as they laid the groundwork for the advancements in version 1.5.0. By combining these announcements, we aim to provide a comprehensive overview of recent progressions and ensure our users are fully informed of all the tools at their disposal.

These updates underscore our commitment to providing a robust, secure, and user-friendly solution for network marketers.
