Welcome to the Downline Builder Plugin Terms of Service. By using our plugin, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any updates or revisions that may be made from time to time. - License Grant

This license is valid only for the specific version of the plugin that you have purchased and does not extend to any future updates, upgrades, or new versions of the plugin unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- License Restrictions
You agree not to:
a. Use the Downline Builder Plugin on more websites than the number of license activations you have purchased. b. Resell, redistribute, or transfer the plugin, or any part thereof, to any third party. c. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the plugin. d. Use the plugin, or any part thereof, for any purpose other than its original intended purpose as described in the plugin documentation and promotional materials. e. Rent, lease, sublicense, or provide commercial hosting services using the plugin.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Downline Builder Plugin, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and patents, are owned by the plugin’s creator or its licensors. Your use of the plugin does not grant you any ownership rights to the plugin or any of its components.
- Updates and Support
Your purchase of the Downline Builder Plugin entitles you to support and updates for the plugin for a period of one year from the date of purchase. After the first year, you may choose to renew your support and update access at an additional cost. The plugin’s creator is not obligated to provide support or updates for the plugin after the first year, but may choose to do so at its discretion.
- Termination
The plugin’s creator reserves the right to terminate your license if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the plugin and delete all copies of the plugin from your computer(s) and/or server(s).
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Downline Builder Plugin is provided “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied. The plugin’s creator does not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, secure, or compatible with all systems or third-party software. You use the plugin at your own risk and assume all responsibility for any issues or damages arising from its use.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the plugin’s creator, its licensors, or any of their respective employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Downline Builder Plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, the plugin creator’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the plugin shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the plugin.
